AIMS-1300 for Pancreas Segmentation

Description

The AIMS dataset is a multicentric, multifaceted collection of 1300 abdominal CT angiographies (CTAs) acquired between April and December 2019. It provides a holistic view of pancreatic morphology in the arterial phase with spacing parameters ranging from 0.57 mm to 0.97 mm for height and width and 0.80 mm to 4.0 mm for depth. This dataset offers rich, high-quality data suitable for robust segmentation algorithms and comprehensive medical image analysis. Each image is anonymized and adheres to the DICOM standard, ensuring subject privacy and making the AIMS dataset a valuable resource.
