AIMS ACADEMY – Terms of course cancellation and terms of withdrawal of enrolment

Term of course cancellation

Aims will promptly notify interested parties if the course is canceled or postponed.

Refund Terms

• Trainee can decide whether to keep the deposit paid towards the prospect of future courses or to request a refund of the entire fee already paid.
• No reimbursement will be made for additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel expenditures and accommodation.

Terms of withdrawal of enrolment

In the event of a cancellation of one’s registration, the trainee must notify the annulment by e-mail to segreteria@aimsacademy.org at the earliest date possible.

Refund Terms

• In the event of notification at least 61 days before the start of the course, the Organization will refund 100% of the registration fee.
• In the event of notification between 60 days and 36 days before the start of the course, the Organization will refund 50% of the registration fee.
• In the event of notification less than 36 days before the start of the course, the trainee will not be entitled to any refund.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• No refund will be possible for Early Bird Registrations, regardless of the date on which the registration is cancelled.
• In any case, no reimbursement will be made for additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel expenditures and accommodation.
